Delete account
You can delete your account at any time, from the app or by email.

In the app
- Open Nelqa and sign in.
- Go to Profile.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
By email
Write to [email protected] from the address linked to your account, with the subject “Delete account”. If you can no longer use that address, give the account name and we will ask for proof that it is yours.
What is deleted
- Your account and profile (name, email, avatar).
- Your favorites and settings.
What stays
Places and numbers you added stay in the directory because they help others, but they are detached from your account: your name is no longer linked to them. To remove a specific contribution, name it in your message.
Timeline
We delete account data within 30 days of your request. Backups may linger very briefly before they are replaced.
Afterwards
A deleted account cannot be recovered. To come back, create a new account.
